Hilton Vienna Park

Hotel easily accessible from train station. Interior design and size of room was great. Room was very quiet. Air conditioning was good. Disappointed in house keeping (bin was not emptied daily, tea/coffee/milk was not replaced at all during our 3 nights stay). Others in the hotel corridor had left bins and rubbish out in the corridor that was not picked up for 24 hours plus. Glasses and mugs were not replaced (they had been washed in bathroom sink and left to dry on a flannel). Experience at reception was not great. Another traveller interrupted during our check-in process and was prioritised. We had booked a king corner room with rollaway bed for family of 3. On arrival, we were asked to upgrade to a twin family guest room for 20 Euros per night to avoid having the roll away bed. We did not agree. When we got to the room, there was only a double bed and the room was set up for 2 persons only (only 2 sets of towels, 2 mugs etc.). We had to return to reception to request the rollaway bed to be added to the room. Not enough glasses or mugs for all 3 travellers. Disappointed for the price paid, below expectations.

Fantastic hotel! We were a family of five visiting Vienna for the first time, and we loved the hotel. The hotel is fairly new and clean. The rooms are spacious and very functional. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast is delicious. The hotel is very well located, right in front of a park (where we had a picnic one afternoon), walking distance to the District 1 attractions, and right next to the train station. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to the train that takes you to the airport. Safe to bring your family there

Overall hotel was nice, rooms are big. Extra bed was uncomfortable and very small for 16 year old child. Curtains were very old and had accumulated dust, needs through cleaning. Bathroom was small for 3 people. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Overall good hotel.
