Vienna Marriott Hotel

Our stay at the Vienna Marriott was good. Decor in the lobby and hallways are a bit dated. Breakfast buffet was good. Our room was comfortable, a/c was working well, room and bathroom were updated. Location was fantastic, walkable to Stephansplatz with all the plazas and stores. Further walks to Hofburg Palace and Albertina museum. Easy access to public transportation to Wurstelprater Vergnügungspark, our kids loved this place. We would definitely stay again.

Hotel in nice position close by city center. Good breakfast and gym. Swimming pool too small to swim but ok for kids. Biggest problem was room cleaning and services. We have been out full day 9-18 and, once back, room was not made up (twice in 3 days). When we complained they said is normal to have room reset even after 20. Crazy!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Vienna, which was well located and had good facilities. The swimming pool facilities was a much needed facility on a very hot week in Vienna and was great fun for the kids. Breakfast was also excellent and the staff went out of their way to help including hot chocolates for the children. Staff were impeccably polite and helpful and really went beyond to make out stay great. Whilst the room and beds were very comfortable we did have a few issues. The AV equipment was not working on arrival and needed to be fixed during the stay as this had not been picked up. The bathroom had very limited toiletries and housekeeping did not replace items when fully used, which was a little disappointing and not really in keeping with the rest of our experience.

Happily stay here again. Nice sized room for 2 adults and 2 children. Pool was good, steam room even better. Breakfast buffet was excellent!

This hotel was great for our few days in Vienna. It was close to the centre and the kids loved the pool.

Room had connecting door to another room and a crying baby there kept us awake much of the night

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the Marriott Vienna. It was conveniently located and the hotel staff and service was fantastic. All the staff were extremely accommodating and very nice to our children. We would definitely stay there again.
