Stayed for 3 nights with 2 kids and took all-day trips to Salzburg by car. Room and bath suited for just sleeping not suited for staying or sitting during the day. Did not try breakfast but was told it was 16 euro. Area is not very interesting but fine for parking and shopping in the nearby outlet and shops.

Hotel was just what I needed after arriving at 10pm. Reception staff really friendly, room was lovely, comfy beds and very clean. Breakfast buffet had a great variety. Hotel very peaceful , had a supermarket and shops nearby, and 5 minutes walk to get the no 10 bus to centre of Salzburg. Hotel can sell you an all day travel pass. Its in a business/shopping area so not scenic but was cheaper than city holtels, and there seemed to be quite a few European families staying with kids.
