Our family were warmly welcomed by staff who could not do more for us. The property is lovely and nicely located for trips to Salzburg. Will definitely return!

Beautiful hotel. Convenient for staying near Salzburg. Kids loved the pool :) Definitely feels more of an adult stay with several areas limited to 21 and over rather than those with kids. Having said that, our teenagers did like it!

This hotel has the smallest and most inconvenient room layout of all the 4 star hotels we had stayed in. We had a room with a bathtub and it was impossible to shower in it without getting injuried because it was so narrow and small even for a kid. The vanity sink was also narrow and didn't offer much of a space either. The hotel was full of flies. We noticed the flies were busy eating breakfast when we arrived for breakfast every single day.

Amazing. Last time i stayed here was 22 years ago. Its changed and evolved from a smaller quiet hotel to a lively, family friendly, idilic, place to stay. Even the gym has amazing views. Three pools, great service from friendly staff, and a lively area upstairs on the weekend's
