Excellent hotel, great location a short walk from the station. Nice walk along the river to a children's playground and the main town. Room was wonderful, we stayed in an XL suite, the bathroom was huge and the room was spacious. Exceptional service and facilities, breakfast was delicious in addition I had a wonderful steak one evening in the restaurant. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed staying. Having two separate rooms with kids was very convenient. Staff was excellent.

The hotel itself is very nice, great staff. The only problem we encountered was you can literally hear everything! I’m guessing the windows aren’t sound proof. The garbage man came at 6am and you could definitely hear each glass being put into the truck, drunken people in the middle of night, screaming kids, traffic! Overall we wouldn’t stay here again, it’s way too noisy and for as much money as we paid it wasn’t worth it.

Located near the city centre with access to a lot attractions and transport network. The hotel as a whole and the 2-bed family room we used were clean, good food and very friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location for old town and train and bus links. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a family room and it was a nice surprise to have a mini suite with 2 bedrooms so that the teenagers had their own space. Would definitely recommend

Lovely hotel. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Free car valet, complementary water and chocolates in room, free welcoming champagne in the Sky bar lounge, wonderful breakfast buffet included with stay in the beautiful rooftop restaurant that had an amazing view of Salzburg. Multiple restaurants in hotel and they were awesome as well. Bathroom in room was huge, clean and modern. Room was also large, clean and beautiful. Perfect room for a family of four. We stayed in three hotels during our stay in Salzburg and this was the best by far for the same price as the other two. Best value! Highly recommended!
