Very nice room and an excellent breakfast. Room was a nice size after switching from the double room to the junior suite I had reserved. There was push back to my move request but I showed my Expedia reservation and they honored the request for the move. The hotel was fully booked. After the initial room change discussion, the service was very good and they apologized for the problem & wanted to make sure we were happy. They handled reservations for us well to a concert at the palace. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location for walking to the old town. Every member of staff were welcoming and helpful and all seemed very happy. We had a family room which was very spacious. The hotel was extremely clean and the breakfast was wonderful. Our only dislike which of course is a personal preference was we found the beds to be very hard. But would still highly recommend this hotel.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Mirabellplatz! Very clean property, quiet, convenient location and parking nearby. I would really recommend to have a breakfast at this place, it was exceptional!
