On checking we received an upgrade for the 3 nights. This was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately & we appreciate it isn’t your fault , however guests around us were very noisy. Banging doors & loud talking & children screaming. Also could not get any Black Tea bags. Was advised that you had run out. I also would liked to have had the option of robes provided. The location is excellent & allows waking to close by cafes, etc. Foe those with mobility issues the shower oven then bath was a little bit of a challenge . Handrail was provided. I would stay again due to the location , however overall was just disappointed with the amenities

I didn’t like the customer service That we received.We checked in on the 30/12/22,and it started from there.We had 3room changes,spend a lot of time waiting around for problems to be solved.I have explained in an earlier e-mail to you guys in detail of all the occurrences,but there is no reply back.Our stay as a family of 3 has not been a memorable one to end 2022,very poor.

We celebrated our 10 year anniversary without kids! Lovely hotel, the king spa room was perfect.
