Comfortable stay other than noisy drunk guests during the night. After making the booking for 2 adults and 3 children and supplying age of children was a little annoyed to be asked to pay an extra $45 for the cot for 3rd child. Booking stated that a trundle can be put in the room so it was easy to assume that price was inclusive of that given I had specified 3 children over the age of ten. The girl that served us was good about it but the other lady sitting at the desk was a tad rude with her comments impying i had not read the room Information, which I had.

The room was surprising, as entrance was outside of hotel but still private. Very noisy with kids above. Room was beautiful and clean but the pillows felt ridiculously high. Neither of us slept very well. It would have been nice if they had options in wardrobe. Also only two hangers in wardrobe. Basic accommodation but modern, spacious and clean. (No mimi bar)

was impressed overall very upmarket clean fresh look however displeased with loud children waking us up so early in morning🙃perhaps families with young kids should be located in lower rooms or sep areas to keep it to a min👍

Lovely clean hotel room. Beautiful venue. Only a few things to mention - pillows are large and was too firm for both me and my partner and our friend who was in a different room - blockage in sink, someone’s trimmed their beard and the water came back up in the sink with hair in it - light through side of curtain and under the door - we could hear kids/ people early in the morning We would stay again if we had more than 1 night and would ask for other pillows and a room at the end

Extremely disappointed upon arrival and checking into our family 2 bedroom apartment, it was dirty, the couch was filthy the room smelled like mould and the tiles in the shower were covered in mould .Requested to be moved to another room .. no rooms available.. staff were understanding and gave us a full refund.. Very disappointed have stayed before in a one bedroom apartment and loved it ..won’t be coming back .
