My family had a great stay, staff were exceptional and helpful when needed. Reccomend the accommodation. Not so much the restaurant. A bit overpriced and one staff member didn't have great people skills but there are plenty of other food options in the area. Overall accommodation was great priced and very pleasant

The hotel is quite new and modern. The reception staff was friendly and offered kids ice cream vouchers. However, the amount the hotel charged was not the same as the amount we booked through Hotel.com. Also we paid $20 for the parking, but the system asked us to pay fees when we left. It took a short period and several try in communicating with them before we were finally good to go.

The hotel itself is lovely. Booked with my family (two small ones) because it stated the rooms were soundproofed. Definitely not the case as all we could hear was a loud insanity inducing beeping alarm from the adjoining room.

We were surprised and impressed at how wonderful our stay was at the Holiday Inn. We took our children and the staff could not do enough to take care of us. Children’s activity books, cutlery and plates, fantastic menu. The restaurant was fabulous and the buffet breakfast absolutely amazing and such good value. Thank you for having us. Nothing was too much trouble.

Was super clean and very modern. Central location, easy waking distance to a number of shops for convenience. Sadly the wifi and tv were not working during our stay which was a bit disappointing with kids. Staff were very friendly.
