Quality Hotel Taylors Lakes

A great place. My family and I had a wonderful stay. Close to shops and staff were very friendly.

We booked a deluxe king room ans rhe picture you have advertised on your site conpare to what we got was very wrong. We called reception at the hotel and she said thats the rooom you ordered. She didnt want to help us at all, she said thats it is expedia fault not theirs. She didnt have any customer service skills it was all about how wrong everyone else was and not them or her. We also called to ask how we go about ordering breakfast for rhe next day for delivery to room as we saw the sign they had advertised in the lifts which we took a photo of it. Again called and she said they dont do delivery but why do you have a sign to say you do then. She couldnt answer me.properly and then said no they dont..so why do you have a sign still up on lifts and she said just go over there and have it there. Wow we wanted room service, we saw the advertised in lift and again out flaut. She really needs to learn customers service skills. We have been there.2 times now in 2 months. Doubt we will go back there especially if that lady still there and hasnt improved with her behaviour. Most of my families were there over that weekend due to a wedding that had 450 guest. A little note, the bad news and rude customer service travels very fast.

My family loved this hotel, our room (for 4) was spacious and spotless clean. Parking on the site was very easy, and spots available at any time. I appreciate hotel gave us a higher floor room per our request, that makes us more happier. The swimming pool facility and spa (not part of the hotel, but can be used by the hotel guests) looks amazing and we were unlucky we did not try it. The hotel location is also very convenient, you have Woolworths and local shops 2 min away by foot. We will definitely come again
