A few points. #2 was the worst. 1.The fire alarm was broken upon check in. We requested it be fixed. They made a big deal about having to get someone in as it was a Saturday. I was told we would get a text before the tradesperson enters to fix. We return from being out to find our door wide open and tradesmen in the room with a staff member. No notice of entry. 2. At 8pm, us and our kids were in bed. A staff member used their key and walked straight into our room. No knocking, no call out, just opened the door and went to walk straight in. They then made up an excuse about a “dryer”. We then felt unsafe that they had staff who just walk straight into rooms. 3. The double sofa. Was OKAY for kids to sleep on (although they complained) but no way as an adult. Lumpy, uneven and very unsturdy. 4. Booked for 5 people, only 4 towels provided. Overall it was okay. Quite a few issues though so I don’t think we would stay again.

We stayed in a twin room for one night. We checked in just after 3pm, and found the pillows had not had pillow cases put on yet, and they were stacked on the desk. Someone turned up about 3:30 to put them on and finish the beds, they were very apologetic. The room was nice, and spacious, nice bathroom area. TV had streaming services so the kids could log into our Netflix and Disney. Room Service prices were quite reasonable and arrived really quickly. All the staff we dealt with were very friendly. Would stay here again!

Hotel was great for our family trip to Melbourne with its location a short 10 min Uber from the center. Room was cleaned daily. Staff could be more attentive after hours though as we rang the front desk multiple times without answer to get the lift unlocked after parking one night, forcing my family to walk up two car ramps. Worse was the staff was not at all sorry for their inattentiveness when I let them know they weren’t answering the phone.

We stayed in two family rooms which were extremely spacious especially the bathrooms. Easy, and reasonably priced onsite parking (although very tight!) for $15 a night.

Guy at front desk was rude and refuse to let me check in. I was left in city nowhere to go or stay.. I'm 41 year old, single mother of 6, trying to have an enjoyable night away with out kids. But was left cold, wet and miserable on the streets of Melbourne. Will never stay there, after, my health, mental health and safety was disregard in such a cruel way. Disgusting hotel

Well rested break. Amazing views from room. God for families and the breakfast buffet was good.

The rooms are big and and clean. the view from our window is okay. the parking is a bit tight, we got a hilux ute. parking fee was $19 daily. But there is an option to park, unsecure right across the hotel free from 8pm- 8am. the staff were friendly. there has been some glitches in their system so that I got extra charges for deposits and rooms (i booked 3 rooms for myself and our families) which the staff were very accommodating to help out with an explanation. i will still be checking my credit card charges on this. over all, it was a good stay.
