Nice place to stay, I enjoyed it. Only two major problems: - My wife and daughter flew ahead and requested a shuttle with a babyseat. It took 3 shuttles to get one with an available babyseat despite us calling ahead. The first two shuttle drivers were aggressive and antagonising. - Our sliding bathroom doors need maintenance, one was crooked and resulted in a large gap when we tried closing them.

Return patron. This was the overnight stop before our early flight the next morning. Check in was fantastic and room service was great, the kids got a kick out it. I found the bed comfortable but my wife thought it was too hard but that's personal preference. The biggest let down for our room was the bathroom doors, 1 of them must have had a broken rung and failed to close properly leaving a big enough gap to make showing uncomfortable with our yougest child positioned on the trundle bed just on the other side of the door. Despite that hiccup, check out and extended parking were great.

The property was clean and tidy, the room was well appointed and the bathrooms clean. The restaraunt was ok, the children's menu could have been better and the service was not quick or precise.

Booked a “family suite” which was 2 very basic room with connecting doors. Phone didn’t work for room service, for price of stay, would would expect far better customer service, food and facilities. Hotel parking not included and extremely expensive
