Mornington Hotel

Loved our family room!!! Thank you. Everything was great. Will be coming back.

We stayed at the Mornington hotel over the King's birthday long weekend 8-10 June. The first night was terrible and freezing cold, as the heating on the split ac wasn't working. We complained to the staff but all they did was give us an oil heater which didn't do anything for the deluxe king size room. The staff did say they will offer a compensation but neither they have contacted us till now nof they have returned our deposit for the night. We have been nice to them and informed them that the heating has been working on the send night. Don't recommend at all!! Highly disappointed with the lack of empathy, had to sleep freezing cold with a toddler. Ruined our stay :-(.

We booked a family-style room for our short one-night stay - and it was huge, quiet, clean and comfortable. Immediately overwhelmed by a smell of chorine (or bleach?) which didn't seem to go. Massive modern bathroom (double head shower and large bath). Kettle had burnt element so couldn't use water boiled in it (tasted disgusting). Handy having cereal/toast for breakfast in the room. Kids loved having bath robes to wear. Overall very good value. Shame the kettle was unusable.

We booked this hotel at last minute and we could laid our tired body and the family room is big enough for 4~5 people!

The Belleura Suite was perfect for out little family. Extremely spacious and comfortable and affordable.

The staff are really friendly. Even though there are sports bar down below, the room are surprisingly quiet. TV is large and has andriod tv function. WIFI is fast and reliable. But, the family room bathroom has that strange smell that I couldn't figure out where it came from. And the bed stool has that suspicious white mark that I really wish it wasn't there.

Rooms where very spaces and big. Supplied breakfast cereals tea ,coffee ,juice and water bottles in rooms without any extra charge. Will recomend this hotel to family and friends.

the main bed was great but the pull out beds for our kids were terrible. Apparently the worst beds they have slept on, my son could feel the springs. Other than that, very big, spacious and clean.

Was confused at weather it was a hotel or a motel. Check in service was a bit unfriendly and very disappointed with the continental breakfast that was supplied as it consisted of a child size box of cereal and toast. No hot breakfast was available to purchase on premises.
