We had a two bedroom apartment for our family. It was big and clean, and the hotel's location is great for accessing the market, universities, and the city.

When I checked in I was told the price would be $130 more than my email confirmation. $479 for one night is extraordinary! The Langham is cheaper! Then, when checking out, I was asked to pay the $130 extra again! Very dissapointing! There was also three of us in a room and only 2 towels and two pillows. At breakfast, I was dissapointed there were no child friendly cereal options. Overall, there are much better hotels for cheaper prices.

We had a two bedroom apartment and it was very clean and functional for our family of 5. Service was excellent. All staff were friendly and accommodating of any requests. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall a great base for our 4 night family holiday in Melbourne. Conveniently located and were able to jump on and off trams with ease. Our room was a little dated, but clean and quiet. Breakfast was nice and a hit with our 3 kids. Reception was friendly.
