Love hotel chadstone! Friendly helpful staff, beautiful rooms, quiet (well not for me because I had our 4 kids with me), pool area was great with beautiful comfy day beds to relax on and have a drink. Will definitely be back

Very fancy and great location, good for families with all the new activities at the shopping centre. My only negative is the buffet breakfast, needs more options and kid’s options like pancakes and waffles.

An ideal place for a quick staycation, especially with kids. The rooftop pool was very popular - could benefit from some hooks or other storage to keep your belongings dry while you swim. Our only disappointment. Was the room service, where my son's ice cream arrived mostly melted, meaning it was completely melted by the time he'd finished his meal. An insulated bowl would be very welcome. Overall we had a lovely time at Hotel Chadstone!
