****BEWARE***Booked for Mother’s Day here walked into the room my kids and I Couldn’t breathe from the strong smoke/tabacco/secondhand smoke smell and everything was very dirty so we left straight away and had to look last minute for accomodation elsewhere. Manager said they would refund the money for the stay and she has lied no money has been returned. All the pictures are fake also !!!!

My child absolutely loved the loft room. Very spacious room, bathroom and loft. Spa was great too. Only negative, there was no microwave in our room. But we did have access to one on the property. So that was ok. Easy check in and out. Very friendly staff. Extremely helpful.

Easy access, comfortable accomodation and kids love the pool

Great sized family room, enough room for the kids to run around after being trapped in the car driving. Great kitchen, bathroom, ensuite and laundry facilities.

Receptionist on night shift was lazy. Did not bother to find out what was wrong with the aircon when it was faulty. Door was faulty, only had to jam the door to close it fully, could only half lock the door. straight up told you all rooms are taken without even checking, ended up we had a change of room the next morning taken care by the morning shift staff. Had mediumn sized ants crawled up to my pillow. Staff gave insect repellent for that. Bedsheet had several brown stains. Pillow too soft, whole family ended up with neck and shoulder pain. Amenities wise, tooth brush and hotel slippers not provided. Horrible experience in short.

This property is dirty and nothing like what is advertised. We were excied to receive a room upgrade to 3 bedroom. Size is generous. However downhill from here. The couches have big stains all over the arms, mouldy wet patches on bedroom floor. Walls all dinted and half patched, window sills huge build up of dirt, dust and grime behind tv. Coffee table had a sticky residue. Lounge blinds dirty and mouldy at the bottoms. Spoke with management who informed our room would be recleaned the following day. I put some broken tissues around the apartment and they were still there when we returned that night. Management were not interested in hearing our concerns. Very disappointing that they arent improving their standards after covid. Door handles were not clean, dust all over them too. Lamps didnt work. Bedroom draw had no bottom in it. One of the blinds had no blockout so was light at 6am which the kids didnt like. Asked for glen 10 to clean the room however they only provided furniture polish. Pool is not heated. Spa was dirty. Sauna had rubbish in it and rude words carved into it. Definitely should look elsewhere.

The indoor pool was the main reason we booked here but it was not heated so it was freezing and we couldn't use it. Our apartment was located on the opposite side of the road which was annoying. We had booked for 2 adults and 3 children but were given a 2 bedroom apartment with one queen bed and 2 single beds. One of the bath towels had big holes all through it. My daughter accidentally broke a lamp which I explained at checkout and we were charged $50. The reception staff were unprofessional, and unhelpful. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend to others

After a trip to the Dandenongs to ride on Puffing Billy we found the hotel very easily although our car GPS didn't recognise Whitehorse road. Lovely furnishings with plenty of room for a big family. We were able to relax on the deck with a drink while the kids watched the TV. The DVD player didn't work. We were also disappointed that the pool was not in the same building but across the road (6 lanes) in the original hotel building. We drove to go out for dinner but there was a cafe close by for breakfast. The next morning we had to cross the road again to give the keys back then it was an easy drive into town.
