Kids were excited to see a Wombat on the driveway up as we arrived! The lounge area was nice to sit by the fire enjoying a drink. Food was great, we just ate in the bar area due to having a toddler, & the buffet breakfast had a great range. Was a short drive to the Visitor Centre to catch the bus into Cradle Mountain.

We couldn't fault this facility. The staff were friendly & professional. Staff could advise on the many walks available at Cradle Mountain. The staff were like a big happy family. The in house dining & breakfast were $ reasonable with lots of variety.

My family of 2 adults and 2 kids stayed at Cradle Mountain Hotel in mid April 2016 on our trip to Cradle Mountain. It was more than expected. The room was clean, warm and the bed was comfy. There is board walk around the hotel, very nice. The location is good, only a quick 3 min drive to the information centre where you can board the shuttle bus to Cradle mountain. Staff were friendly. We had dinner at the buffet, which was quite pleasant, although the selection of food was not very extensive but consider the location of the place, it was ok. Will definitely come back again and stay longer in the future.
