Just loved it nice view good time had with family

Great location, we are SA locals and needed a weekend get away. When we arrived we were given a room upgrade not for any real reason, I believe the staff are just nice like that! Great pool, spa and sauna area. Would be a great space for a family trip.

My wife and I did not get a good nights sleep because of extremely loud music coming from the pub on the ground floor that continued to 2am. We were not warned of the noise that our room would be subject to. When we complained staff shrugged their shoulders - nothing to do with us they said. No compensation was offered. I asked to speak to the manager, but they were not available. I was assured the manager would call me the following day - no one called. In addition the room was not clean; bathroom and kitchen surfaces were grimy. We would not return their or recommend to friends and family - instead we have been sharing our disappointing experience with them.

Beautiful hotel. Very comfy bed. Friendly and accommodating staff. Fabulous location. We will highly recommend to family and friends.

such a great place for a family weekend ..

Fantastic place to stay for a family holiday. Rooms were spacious with excellent views. Our room was right next to the elevator and we didn’t hear any noise at all-extremely sound proof. The only issue was the slippery tiles around the pool (maybe a narrow strip of outdoor carpet could solve this)

We stayed in a 2BD apartment with ocean views. The balcony and views were stunning. Parking was super easy, undercover and safe. Proximity to cafes and restaurants was great and the tram is on your door step. The staff, particularly Shaz couldn’t have been better. Housekeeping did a fantastic job and the team were just lovely. The pool is indoor and was cold as was the spa but the kids enjoyed it. If you’re looking for value for money then Oaks delivers it as the views and location are hard to beat.
