Overall it was a great experience, the rooms were spacious and have enough amenities to make our stay comfortable. Only comment I have is that I booked the rooms with 2 kids (1 yr and 6 yo) so it would have been considerate if we were given a room with a tub so its easier for the kids. Still giving it great ratings. The service was great and reception always very helpful and approachable.

had multiple issues during our stay at this property. sewage smell in the bedroom, very bad soundproofing, we could hear the baby crying from next door throughout the night and loud music being played. Doors are heavy which slams when shut, yet does not block any sound from outside.
We did talk to the team at the property, however, was told that due to the high occupancy, they do not have anything to offer us of the same room type, and the only option was one that's on the same floor (which is next to the crying baby).
honestly did expect more from the Mantra brand and had brought the group who was travelling with us to this property, but now regretted this discussion.

Great spot for visiting the festival/WOMAD/fringe. Extremely convenient location. Kitchenette is basic but works for simple meal prep. Only drawback was the price - super expensive when we stayed (nearly $500 per night for two adults and a child)... but that's just cashing in on the one time of year when everyone wants to be in Adelaide.

Great stay for a small family holiday. Buffet breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was fantastic and convenient. No free wifi in the rooms and TVs in rooms were a bit old. Free wifi in public areas.

The property was old the tv was so old we couldn't hook Netflix up for the kids no foxtel. For the price i paid for 2 nights i thought small things like this would be a must.
The walls are paper thin while sleeping you can hear everyone and everything in the hallways.
There was no room service the cafe down stairs is sub par serving microwaved food.
The bathroom wasn't the very clean with mould in the corner.
The blanket on the main bed was stained, the spare blanket in the cupboard was dirty.
Very disappointed with our stay here.
The staff were spectacular.

Stayed in a room for 4 people with 5 in our family, extra bed provided with no pillows or quilt. Some lights didn’t work. TV remote didn’t work (cheap universal remote). Blankets with hair all over them. Only 3 sets of cutlery, only 2 glasses, only 4 towels, not enough blankets. Exploded pepsi can in the fridge with sticky Pepsi all over it. Toaster broken (probably electrically dangerous). Microwave made really loud noise when cooking. Probably wouldn’t go back.

Despite booking rm for 1 adult, 1 child (14 yrs) l still had to pay extra $40 for an extra bed for child. We had a couple of rooms booked for the weekend. The 2 bedroom apartment was for 3 single adults, again another $40 per night for an extra bed in the tiny second room. Add to this a mystery $75 charge to my credit card prior to arrival and yet to be explained. Staff and location were great but no other place l have stayed tries, and succeeds, in bleeding money from you so effectively.

Family break while city hopping in Australia (2 adults & 2 children (aged 12 & 14)). Hotel was wonderful. Great location in centre of town, clean modern looking. Just what we were looking for. Only comment would be - in theses modern times - free wifi should have been included (but the moment you step outside the hotel you can access Adelaide City wifi (which is free)
