The room was nicely done however our stay was made quite disappointing by several things. Firstly there was a used towel still hanging behind the bathroom door, which during a pandemic doesn’t give me much confidence in their cleaning and sanitation standards. Secondly, a staff member barged into our room without knocking to check the minibar and stated “sorry I didn’t know anyone had checked in yet” this was at 2:45pm...... guests can check in at 2pm so maybe knock always! Then we ordered room service which took over an hour and they delivered the wrong meal to one of us, so I had to wait for my food while my husband had to eat his or let it go cold. Then I decided to have a nice hot bath after a long drive and the water was barely warm on The hottest setting. We have a newborn and it’s colder than the baths we give her. The shower the next morning was just as uncomfortably cool as well. So while the hotel looks lovely, the service is lacking and they either need to fix their hot water or turn the temp back up if they have turned it down to save money.

Stayed over the christmas period for couple days while visiting family. Convenient, clean, staff were very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyable.

We only stayed one night as we were passing through . We are two adults two children. It was very comfortable. The club attached to the hotel was very convenient and the food was great. We are now staying again on our way back through.
