My room was a swim up room and was cleaned to a good standard. The location was good and close to both the shopping strips as well as 1770. The pool was clean however requires some maintenance, for e.g the pool surface on the bottom needs to be redone, however kids didn’t mind and spent fun utilising it. My biggest complaint was the noise level I experienced from my room. When ever an entry door was opened or closed the sound would reverberate through my room, voices could be clearly and loudly heard from passage ways as well as neighbouring units when sitting outside.

"Enjoyable Stay at 1770 Lagoon Central Apartment Resort! 🌟 We had connecting rooms for our family of four, providing a comfortable space. Despite its age, the resort is well-maintained, though a slight facelift could enhance its charm. The pool was a hit with the kids; we practically lived in it! The spa added an extra touch of relaxation. Unfortunately, we missed out on the restaurant due to the chef's illness, but room service feature would proved convenient, especially with young kids. Looking forward to our next visit!

Great pool for families with kids. Close to the beach. Didn’t have BBQ facilities or bike hire. Never fixed a burnt out light in the bathroom that we had reported on the second day of our 6 night stay. Wi-fi didn’t have the bandwidth to handle the resort when it was fully booked. Units really have a kitchenette so not self contained. Overall ticked the box for us for what we were looking for at the time, but would look elsewhere when we stay again.

We had a fabulous stay in adjoining rooms. The spa on the balcony was perfect. Great location. The pool is great and being able to swim up until 10pm was great for our 10 year olds to make a night of it. Our last night's restaurant meal was fabulous. Best steak and wonderful service. The only negative I have is in respect of guests allowing their young children to run down hallways at 6am. Horrendous! What are those guests thinking? The hallways echo a fair deal. The cleaning staff in the hallways were always bright and friendly.

The resort is located close to Agnes Water center of town and has a short work to the beach. The property was clean and neat and has a wonderful lagoon pool for kids. The real surprise was the quality of the food in the onsite restaurant (plantations) at dinner. Generous serves and good quality food.

The staff and complex was great super friendly and clean….. the noisy thumping of running kids on the floor above for three hrs not so great.. No view from our 1 bed unit..

I feel the restaurant staff and bar staff let down the resort. We ordered breakfast for 3 only 2 orders were ordered. We had to call the waitress back to re order and then she really wasn’t bothered. We went to breakfast as a family not for me to watch everyone else have breakfast. Very disappointed 😔 I also asked for a cocktail that wasn’t on the menu and was offered a similar option however it was nothing like a splice.
