We had a sudden death in the family and therefore obviously couldn't travel. I could not get a refund even though the room would have been snapped up instantaneously with the high demand. Disgusting policy.

My family and I were looking for a relaxing resort location on the Great Barrier Reef and were not disappointed with our spacious 2 bedroom accommodation at Amaroo at Trinity Beach. This provided well appointed accommodations for our two teenage children and my wife and I. The views to the Ocean from our rooms were striking and peaceful and the proximity to town was welcomed during our 3 night stay. Access to Daintree forest and Great Barrier Reef Tours made it possible for us to experience the area in a meaningful way. We recommend this resort.

Really friendly and excellent customer service. They took care of advising and booking all the tours I needed and recommending things to do in the area. If I needed anything and was out I would email and it was done by my return. The view from my room was second to none and I watched the sunrise every morning. Comfortable bed and room. Very quiet place to stay as no families staying and by far a most enjoyable place for a solo traveller who needs R & R.
