Quality Hotel Robertson Gardens

Great hotel with professional staff, family friendly with plenty of space for kids to play outdoors. Rooms were immaculate, very clean and tidy. I will stay here again next time I’m in Brisbane

Staff we so helpful and friendly. The villa was very clean. Plenty of towels. Beds comfortable. Lots of spqce for parking. Kids playground. Buffet breakfast was ok. Pancakes to over cooked though. Plenty of other food options. The staff in the restaurant were amazing especially to the children. My family will stay again

Nothing in particular. It's just that I have kids and they gave me a room on the second floor. Maybe they can consider it next time giving a guest a room on one level with small children.

For our family it was the perfect place easy access to get anywhere nice pool excellent room service after long days out shops close.

We chose this property due to the close proximity to the Athletics track, however this is also close to several shops including the huge Westfield at Mt Gravatt. Very practical and clean (rooms and grounds), with several options for the kids to let off steam - eg pool, basketball court and games room.

Fantastic place for the family to stay while exploring Brisbane.

Have stayed here before, but this was my first time in a standard room. The villas (bedroom apartment) was pretty good, but my latest stay in the motel room was a very different experience. The room was clean, but unbeknown to me the freezer was turned off. I had to throw out some grocery items the next day that had thawed out. That might be the previous guests fault though. The hot water in the shower took an eternity to get going. The advert for the room said ‘soundproof rooms’. It was anything but. The traffic noise from trucks and motorbikes was incredible, even with all the windows closed. Also I heard loud slamming doors, lots of noise from the neighbour through the wall (yelling, baby crying etc), voices from people walking past my room, and the sound of someone with huge feet regularly walking up and down the stairs (perhaps Bigfoot really does exist?!) Couldn’t find any place outside to recycle, only a recycle bin for bottles and cans. Asked for a late checkout but was told it was something that could only be requested on the day of departure. Despite lots of vacancies they would only offer me maximum 30 mins ‘for free’. Most hotels offer late checkouts of up to 2-3 hours without charge, especially to regular guests, AND it can be arranged the day before too. Can’t say I felt appreciated during this stay. If you’re going to stay here, get yourself a Villa.The motel room experience was totally horrible.
