The staff service was only ok in my experience. And although they have room service, they told me they could not do a simple sandwich for my infant son. I thought from reading reviews through there was more food and shops around. Not the case. The beach is not walking distance with a pram either.

Love the large units. Have stayed here before, and noticed there's still no air-conditioning in bedroom. It's hard sleeping in a stuffy room, and we had the lounge air-conditioning on pretty cold with the door open. Had to sleep under a sheet. But it certainly didn't affect our break, and we always stay here when we come down to visit family.

Everything is good, the only minus was the property only has 2 washing machine and 1 dryer for the entire building ... so massively inadequate ... a bit hard if you have family and need to clean and dry your clothes

Felt 3 star overall but charge was 4 star. Old and tired carpets worn and loose, large hole in curtain, shower had no door so the bathroom floor was dangerously wet after each shower. Balcony had weeds growing. No in room laundry/drier so towels used to dry the floor stayed pretty damp over three days Front desk staff friendly but overall the apartment condition and size didn’t suit a family of 4 for 3 days.

We booked this hotel to accomodate my bridesmaids and family from overseas for my wedding nearby and we had a great stay! Clean and comfortable in affordable price. Thanks a lot!

Stayed there for 1 night. Good things: ·Clean linen ·Bath sheets instead of regular sized bath towel (it made a world of difference to us!) ·Generous size for a 1 bedroom apartment ·Big and clean toilet ·Free Wifi ·Pool and spa facilities ·Shared laundry facilities Things to improve: ·Hygiene in the kitchen area. There was a splat of oil on the stove (and no, it was not us as we did not bring or used any oil or butter to cook. We only boil stuff). The oven trays were really dirty so we had to wash them before using, and my brand new sponge changed color from the dirt. · No drying rack for dish washing by hand. We ended up using the oven tray to put things on top so the water would drip down to the sink. · Funny thing, the hairdryier started falling apart (literally) with use. The back of the hair dryer keeps falling off and the dock to attach the hair dryer is broken as well so we had to practice balancing in putting it back otherwise it would easily fall off the wall. As we checked the routine inspection, it was last checked in 2012 with the next scheduled inspection due last year in 2017. · Pool area. The kids were swimming then we realised there were dead Cockroaches floating around in the pool. · Laundry how to. There was no direction on how to use the machines. As a result, some people put powder detergent in the softener place so I had to scrub it clean before doing any washing which took me a good 8 mins scrubbing by hand. I'll come back though :)

Free parking. Great room layout for family. Very clean. Very helpful staff. Free parking. Convenient location. Quiet. Nice pool. And did I mention the free parking?

Always stay here as close to family. Never disappointed with staff and hotel facilities.
