Our family has stayed here for over 20 years. Summer vacations, work trips, a hotel to spend the night when you need the airport, etc. The location is fabulous and one of the best features is that doors and windows of your room can be opened to let in the sound and smell of the ocean.

Mum with 2 kids, absolutely loved our stay! Eveyone was super friendly, definitely customer service oriented. Breakfast was amazing! Beautiful views from the pool. Staff were very helpful with local knowledge close to the beach. Cant talk this place up enough! Was the perfect ending to our family vacation. Will most definitely stay again if we return to Sydney ❤️

We have been coming here annually with our growing families for the last 4 years. We love how close the property is to shopping, restaurants, the beach etc - all of which are walking distance. The kids love the pool which is a bonus when the beach is too rough. We love the games/activities room for the kids and the fun kids activities provided for children over the holidays

Quick family getaway for 3 nights. Absolutely loved this hotel. Great location, the pool was excellent, the buffet breakfast was of high standard, beds were comfy, rooms had everything you needed. Would definitely stay here again and such great value given it’s over the rd from the beach. Thankyou for the mini break we needed. 5 stars ⭐️

This was unfortunately one of the worst stays at a Crowne plaza we have had. Cost a bundle but everything was just a bit blah. Room view was lovely but rooms are small and dated. Toilet paper was falling apart, tv had issues, milk (we were desperate) was chunky and off. Staff at restaurant were great but at check in just not that welcoming, especially with kids, our last experiences at Terrigal Crowne Plaza were heaps better. Parking is expense after an already expensive room. It’s just not worth it anymore. Last time for us.
