Hotel Bondi

We stayed at hotel Bondi as a family of four, with two small children. The two bedroom unit was spacious and clean, with a reasonably well equipped kitchenette. The room itself was good value, however noise at night was an issue, both from within the property and without. Being on the first floor, the hotel bar directly under us played loud pop music until well past 2 am. Loud modified cars, and motorcycles also did their loops of the Bondi beach strip outside our windows. The staff were very friendly, and they were accommodating about onsite parking during our stay. We loved the area, and will be back to Bondi beach, but will need to seek out more family friendly accommodation.

Great location on the beachfront. The rooms and decor feel a little bit dated. We stayed in a 2-bed family room which was good for the kids. The contract that you had to sign when you checked in felt a little odd... taking liability for false fire alarm call-outs ($1700 per call-out), but then being told that if you left the shower door open, the steam could set the fire alarm off. Feels like it needs a bit of a spruce up.
