Melia Vinpearl Hue

Hotel is beautiful and service was outstanding. The reason for not giving a 5 star rating is because of the Sky Bar. The views were beautiful and drinks were very good. The main complaint is that when we got off the elevator, it felt as if we were in a daycare center and not a BAR!! There were so many kids running around screaming unsupervised. This is a BAR and children should not be allowed. Most people come up to relax, have a drink and enjoy the views. There should definitely be age restrictions for this venue. Please have something that is ADULTS ONLY!! Other than the bar, the stay was lovely.

Stayed with 2 small children.Pool was big and refreshing after hot day. Plenty of food options in walking distance. Kids loved the small carnival that happened at night over the road.

This is a beautiful and well kept hotel. It is safe and secure. Safe luggage storage after check out. Nice pool and safe for kids. Great sky bar. Convenient adjoining rooms for families.

Central location with a Vincom Plaza below the hotel. Super helpful doormen, underwhelmed by reception staff greet though, room very clean, plenty space to move about. Great heated indoor pool which the kids loved; the gentlemen manning the pool were very lovely and attentive to guests using the pool. The kids club room is quite small but will keep the younger kids happy. We didn’t dine at any of the restaurants so can not comment. Views over the city from room 2807 was fantastic. Checkout was quick and easy. We certainly will recommend Melia Vinpearl to everyone and look forward to returning next year. Thank You guys.

Exceeded my expectations in all areas of interest. Would recommend to friends and family. I've visited the other properties as well. All high quality, well deserving of its 5 star rating

Nice modern hotel. Nice room and bathroom. We had no breakfast included so can't leave comments on that. Very nice pool area with outstanding view. Unfortunately later on the afternoon swimming lessons for kids took over the pool. This was not an activity for hotel guests. The hotel must rent the pool for this. Nothing you expect in a 5 star hotel where you want to enjoy a nice and relaxed time at the pool. Check-out took far too long time. Didn't experience the same hospitality as in our other stays during our trip in Vietnam.
