Banana Garden Villa

We are two families of 8 total, had to book one night at Banana Garden Villa before moving to another hotel previously booked in Hoi An. Agreeably, we stay in 2 Two bed-room Family Pool View with balcony. They are clean, largely spacious for all of us. Breakfast is good. Staff is excellent. Nothing more to say since we checked in late at night and checked out the next morning. Highly recommend tho.

Very nice 2 br family suite. To be clear, our family suite was two large adjoining rooms with a queen plus full bed in each room. In retrospect, we could have easily had our family of 2 adults, 2 kids in one of these rooms, so take this in consideration when booking. Like-new rooms/beds here, and large balconies. The staff is great, very friendly and accommodating, we were greeted with fresh juice while we checked in and all requests were quickly granted. Two pools, and the included breakfast buffet was really quite good with made to order eggs, pho, and a variety of local and western-style options. The location was fine, a bit out of the center of Hoi An. Definitely walkable but expect about 20 minutes to get to the main area. Transport via Grab very easy and affordable though.

Hotel was in a good location, we enjoyed the breakfast, especially the banana pancakes. The rooms air-conditioning could be better. However we had a fantastic stay, pool was great and Lynn at reception was fabulous. Unfortunately hotels.com did let me down as I had booked the room with my child who was eight years old, and when I arrived at reception I had to pay extra as she was over 5y this was not clear on my booking.

Very great quiet family run hotel. No complaints.

The hotel provided us two spacious adjoining rooms, which was perfect for our group of 5. Our family of four traveled with my mother. This hotel offered one of the best breakfast buffets, with local dishes as well as food for Westerners. We only needed two meals a day, because the breakfasts was so hearty. This is a comfortable and family-friendly hotel.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Banana Garden Villa. The host family and staff were all so friendly, helpful and genuinely welcoming. Our joining rooms had plenty of space and were, clean, nicely furnished and comfortable for our family of 4. Daily buffet breakfast was great with different options each an Vietnamese foods.p

We loved our time here. They organised laundry for us, free bike rental, advice on tours, free breakfast (banana pancake is epic), free bottled water daily, and they also invited us to join for a family meal with them on our last night which was lovely. Family run hotel by people who care about their customers. 15/20 min walk to old town, or a £1 grab. Nice spacious room, good shower, balcony, nice pools. They went above and beyond for us. Great value. Will definitely stay again if back in Hoi An. Thanks!

We stayed here for 3 nights in March 2012, and had an exceptional experience. The Staffs are friendly. The owners are a super kind, honest and great couple (Nu & Luong). We & the guests were treated like family. We would definitely come back and strongly recommend our friends & family to stay here whenever we visiting HoiAn.

Stop your search! This is the best value hotel with superior customer sevice. We had read previous reviews and they were all good- but now we found out ourselves that they are all true! Feels like you are at home here with family. Our room was very spacious, clean and beautiful balcony for pool view. Breakfast is amazing. All staff try so hard to please the customer. We found that the best and most economical tours/ bookings was to book through hotel. They even customized our trip to Hue based on what we wanted for cheaper than all other tours. The manager took us by car and it was such a good day. We used the hotel for money exchange as their rate was very good - better than money exchangers. They arranged for motorbike rental for us at the going rate which we just had to pickup and drop off at hotel for our trip to My Son. This hotel is at end and quieter section from market and seaside restaurants. They offer free bicycles which is a great way to go to the Ancient town and markets which is all within about 2 km. Memories Hoi An is just 1 block away across the bridge. Great location to many things. Phuc Tran is an amazing manager who ensured that we had the best experience in Hoi An. We are very frugal people and found that this was the best deal and the top experience (best value) for hotel, money exchange, tours, laundry, rentals etc. Don’t even bother trying anywhere else - you can stay worry free by letting them make all the arrangements you need.

This family owned hotel is super nice. It is within walking distance from old Town. Has bikes to use. Breakfast was the best we had during our 30 days in Vietnam. Staff was friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this hotel.
