Seashells Hotel and Spa Phu Quoc

A beautiful resort centrally located in the middle of the island. Allowed for convenient trips to the north, east and south of the island. Many shops and restaurants close by and a very short walk to the very touristy Night Markets. Also a very short walk to the fascinating local day market. The resort is very family friendly. The staff were exceptionally helpful.

Had a fantastic sea view room we did pay a little extra for a junior suite. Only issue is that the storage space for you clothes etc could be better. We were here when it wasn’t too busy and even then getting a sunbed by the pool was difficult. A great location with easy access to the local night market.

This place is only listed as a 4 star however everything about it is a like a western 5 star! From the rooms, towels, bedding, breakfast to the spa. I am a frequent traveler, and it’s hands-down, the best spa and hotel experience I’ve ever had. Especially with the price point! The location is right in the middle of the island, which is also in the biggest area for dining, tours and massages. I went to a spa in the city and it wasn’t even comparable for the spa that seashells has in house. Breakfast is amazing, the restaurant as great food as well. I couldn’t be more pleased with Seashells Resort. I will definitely be staying here when I come back. I stayed in HCM “5 star” on my way back to Canada and it wasn’t even close to the same experience I had at seashell resort and spa. Highly recommend it, great for family, couples and solo travellers. Oh I almost for the pool is amazing at night and the beach is 4 steps away.

Vietnam Seashells resort and spa was exceptional, The property was amazing, pool was beautiful, right on beach, very convenient location walking distance to night and day market, mini supermarkets, lots of coffee shops,food carts, laundry services, Taxis and Tooktooks everywhere, Very safe, the locals where very friendly. The hotel was everything we wanted, relaxing, Hotel had lots of tour options, Their was lots to see and do at Phu Quoc we were amazed. Staff at hotel were amazing, especially our kitchen staff, the waiters were so polite and very professional, we had adopted are new family, They all went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, From room service coffee, to buffet breakfast, Best beers and cocktails, Thank you to Mums new son Truong Loi, He just melted mums heart with his professionalism and infectious laugh and smile,,he really made us feel welcome from day one and all through our 3wk stay, he even helped us with tours, Loi your awesome, also An Phu, Van Hong, Anh Thu and many more, They all worked hard, all very professional and all tried very hard to communicate in English, We can't thank them enough, all made us feel welcome, All were very helpful, and always had are smile, We love them all, We have now are new family, it was so sad to leave them behind, Seashells resort is the best I've stayed in long time, You can just relax or you can explore, 10/10 for everything, will definitely be back, Thank you xoxo

Front desk reception, conceirge , waitresses, tour - transportation assitance were excellent , very friendly and helpful in many ways and attempt to problems promptly***** BEST BUFFET BREAKFAST ***** different menu daily. BEST PHO ***** ordered or in room service, late supper. DISLIKES: NOISY BEACH FRONT DJ that blast music till midnight. Noisy childrens playground and pool right below our room 1206 on 2nd flr. Kids were playful and loud all day so as the adults. Ocean water is cloudy and dirty. Ocean view Room 1206 have bathub leaking problem. Fixed on the second day. Shower area - hand held shower was leaking. Fixed on the second day. WATER PRESSURE IS WEAK . All room balcony does not have privacy. Next door roommates can look over and climb over easily. Unsafe. Make sure you lock the room sliding door.

This hotel is ideally located with amazing facilities like swimming pool, beach just a 10 metres walk away, gym if you need to work out and they even organised event for family with kids daily. The services from the staffs were excellent and the room was very well kept and cleaned. Breakfast was excellent but there was quite a fair bit of flies flying around the fruits at time which could be easily control with a rotating fan. I stayed 6 night in a room with sea view and would definitely come back again and even recommend this hotel to my friends
