We had a family room with no views but the room size is big enough for the whole family. The staffs were ever nice. They served good breakfast.

Overall it was great experience staying in Fusion Suite Saigon. However thee are somethings did not meet my expectations, there is no swimming pool for my children to swim, the small room in the family suite is too warm if the door is closed as there is no additional exhaust of the air conditioner to the small room with bunk bed.

Hotel is modern and nicely designed. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was pretty good as well. Their bed is super comfortable though the pillows are too soft for our liking. We stayed for 3 nights from Fri to Mon and all was good till our last night, where we could hear very loudly from the opposite school. Not sure if it was a daily weekday routine or some special occasion but the children were singing and dancing for 1 hr at around 7 or 8am. There's no sound proofing at all. Staff were ok but not friendly. No one smiled or greeted us or other guests through out which was a little unexpected for a 4 star hotel.

Hotel staff were amazing. Full of initiative to help us with our strollers as there were stairs up to the hotel entrance. They also played with my toddler while I had my morning breakfast. Highly recommended hotel. Will definitely be back!
