NOT a 4 stars hotel, more like a 2 stars. We have been traveling in Vietnam for 2 months so we have stayed in lots of hotels. No Welcome drinks, No Bell/Door service for help with luggage from street ornto room. Small family operation which we often love to support. No table service. Breakfast so-so. No free upgrades for Platinum members on Expedia upon request at check-in--there were two Junior Suites (for same price) but they did trade us up. :-(

I regret I have booked this hotel The male staff in charge of breakfast is very impolite. Never experienced such bad service The room is very old too, not worth US85 I have booked 4 rooms,wasted my money All of my family member not happy
