We were a family group of 6, I had originally booked another hotel then realised it was in beer street so cancelled and found this gem of a hotel.We were welcomed and offered ginger tea, green bean cake whilst we sorted out paperwork. 2 of our rooms were at the front of the hotel and 1 at the back, but not really noisy. The rooms were a good size, clean and had a lovely small bathroom. Breakfast was good, fresh eggs, omelettes and pancakes cooked for you. The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located in the old town so easy to get about. There is 2 lifts. I would stay again.

This hotel is nice and cosy, very clean, good spread of breakfast, the customer service staff Andrew is very friendly. Will definitely stay here again and reto family and friends. Super quiet at night time which is a rare find in older quarter.

This place is a wonderful quaint boutique hotel perfectly located in the old quarter of Hanoi. The staff are excellent in customer service, especially the front desk. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They made me feel like family. Breakfast had variety options. They also had great Spa room on 1st floor you should try foot massage hot stone.

Great location and affordable price for a family. Close to the Sant Joseph’s church, which is beautifully decorated for Christmas. Staffs are lovely and very welcoming. They kindly accommodated us at the very last minute and stayed at 6th floor.

This was oud second stay at the Hanoian Central hotel. The staff greeted us like family returning home, our room was up graded and the service was wonderful. We were sad to leave. Daisy was there to meet us on our first visit and to farewell us when we left on our second. She is a wonderful ambassador for the hotel We would definitely stay there again

The location of this hotel is very central which close to many nice destinations. Hotel staff are very warm and kind to every customer and our family. The breakfast is great and a lot of choices. They also have Spa room is very convenient and good service. We highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you very much.

We arrived to the hotel late in the evening, The staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and informative. Andrew took care of everything for us! He helped us with all the travel arrangements for Ninh Binh, walked us to the ATM and helped us find what to do in the area. The hotel also freely upgraded us to a family room which was really nice. Breakfast was great and location fantastic! Highly recommended!

You will not find friendlier, more helpful staff at a hotel. We were treated like family, the ones you love, not hate. Tiffany and Daisy (their American names) were especially helpful. But the entire staff was also wonderful. Very nice room on top floor, location is perfect. We enjoy breakfast very much with plenty of choice. The Hot stone massage was perfect after long trip from Sapa with us. Highly recommend this hotel.

Courteous and friendly staff. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with additional menu selection. Western and Eastern food was available; Pho, pancakes, fresh tropical fruits, dumpling, to name a few. Great fresh brew coffee selection and G7 instant coffee in the room, which I fell in love with. Rooms were on the smaller side than the pictured but adequate. My family also booked for their pick-up service from the airport to the hotel. Then once we have arrived at the hotel, we booked for Halong Bay trip and foot massage with the hotel discount. We enjoyed every one of their arrangements and have no regrets. I highly recommend to anyone plan on going to Hanoi.
