This was oud second stay at the Hanoian Central hotel. The staff greeted us like family returning home, our room was up graded and the service was wonderful. We were sad to leave. Daisy was there to meet us on our first visit and to farewell us when we left on our second. She is a wonderful ambassador for the hotel We would definitely stay there again

The location of this hotel is very central which close to many nice destinations. Hotel staff are very warm and kind to every customer and our family. The breakfast is great and a lot of choices. They also have Spa room is very convenient and good service. We highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you very much.

We arrived to the hotel late in the evening, The staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and informative. Andrew took care of everything for us! He helped us with all the travel arrangements for Ninh Binh, walked us to the ATM and helped us find what to do in the area. The hotel also freely upgraded us to a family room which was really nice. Breakfast was great and location fantastic! Highly recommended!

You will not find friendlier, more helpful staff at a hotel. We were treated like family, the ones you love, not hate. Tiffany and Daisy (their American names) were especially helpful. But the entire staff was also wonderful. Very nice room on top floor, location is perfect. We enjoy breakfast very much with plenty of choice. The Hot stone massage was perfect after long trip from Sapa with us. Highly recommend this hotel.

Courteous and friendly staff. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet with additional menu selection. Western and Eastern food was available; Pho, pancakes, fresh tropical fruits, dumpling, to name a few. Great fresh brew coffee selection and G7 instant coffee in the room, which I fell in love with. Rooms were on the smaller side than the pictured but adequate. My family also booked for their pick-up service from the airport to the hotel. Then once we have arrived at the hotel, we booked for Halong Bay trip and foot massage with the hotel discount. We enjoyed every one of their arrangements and have no regrets. I highly recommend to anyone plan on going to Hanoi.

It was a very pleasant stay n the hospitality is very good , a perfect hotel to stay and staff behaviour is excellent .it give five star to the hotel. It can be recommended to all friend and family in hanoi.

We had an excellent stay at this conveniently located hotel. We had an adjoining room for our two kids which provided all with both privacy and security. The breakfast had a nice blend of western and local cuisine, and we were particularly impressed with the service, support and attentiveness of the staff. We will be back

The staff was so warm and friendly! They were always ready to help and advise us on possible activities that we could go for like the weekend street market on our first day of arrival on Sunday. The room was clean and well kept. Location was superb as all the food and shopping places at the Old Quarters were within walking distance. Buffet breakfast was yummy. My personal favourite was the mango salad and the coconut dessert! My family certainly enjoyed our stay.

We spent several night in the hotel with kids and enjoyed it very much. Location is perfect everything is close. Staff is really nice and helped us arranging everything. Rooms are well equipped and clean. Breakfast is lovely, have variety choice. We would definitely consider this hotel if coming back.

The hotel was located at the heart of hanoi and is very convenience to walk and shop and eat around. We came in a family of 5, the room was very spacious, Spa was excellent with aroma body massage, the breakfast was aslo great, especially Pho and we really enjoy staying here.
