Grand Tourane Hotel

We loved our stay here, we were treated so very well and everyone was so kind to us and our children. The pool facilities were wonderful woth a great pool bar that always had friendly staff working there. The pool boys were also wonderful and so caring towards our children. They had a fabulous buffet breakfast and we had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful member of staff who made each of our mornings so special. Her name was Truc (spelling may not be correct) but we loved her and i still miss her now! The room were always so clean and tidy and serviced daily. We had a sea view room and wow all i can say is it was stunning! We were on floor 18 so nice and high up and felt like we were in the water! Overall couldnt be happier with our stay and our kids loved that they set their snugglies up on their bed each day on their pillows, such a nice touch.

The hotel was dated. The lobby was too noisy. The hotel hallway was so hot. They didn’t have air condition anywhere besides the lobby. The staffs there were not very accommodating to the customers needs. We came as a family specifically request to be on the same floor 5 months go and they gave one of our room to someone else. Thus, our family had to stay 2 different floor.

Well run hotel with excellent service and room conditions. One of the good options for our family to stay with future Da Nang visits . Thank you.

Stayed two nights with little kids. Room was a bit outdated and bathroom shower booth was too small. But the room was clean and the beach view was amazing. Really close to the beach. A bit far from restaurant areas - so we had to take a Grab (Uber-like). We enjoyed their pool a lot too. Pool was not the cleanest to be honest but was pretty big and not too deep. Also their breakfast buffet was best (compared to other hotels we stayed later). Strongly recommend!!
