Wonderful, beautiful, and luxurious property; staff is amazing and accommodating; delicious and varied breakfast. Unfortunately we did not make it to the afternoon tea. The only thing I did not like was that the shower is handheld. You have to lather up and wash your hair ... then use the shower to rinse off. It made it for a cumbersome shower experience. Tub is very high. You have to step on a box to get in the tub. A problem if you have children or mobility isssues. Otherwise, it was a super-fabulous stay.

The hotel is very clean with good breakfast, for the most part it’s quiet, not too far from the dragon bridge, I saw a lot of families staying here but I travelled solo and would recommend Sanouva because of its location and fair prices. The spa was also top tier! My favorite part of the hotel was the staff. My first night arriving my luggage was lost by one of the airlines and Lua and Phuc expressed concern and assured me that I would get my luggage. The next day after my tour I walked in the lobby and they had remembered about my situation and helped make the process of getting my luggage a lot smoother. Quanh, Kha and Nam were also so friendly and I can’t wait to come back to Sanouva hotel

This is my second stay with Sanouva , like the convenience location to city and most sights within an hour . Delicious breakfast and helpful staff . The stay was comfortable except the bathroom shower head which was not adjustable . Might have to work more on this area as you need to hold the shower head during shower time with the senior deluxe room : it is kinda of a hassle . I booked for the transfer a day earlier to the airport but the transfer was late for 15-20 Mins. My whole family of 6 had to wait for the late transfer : Lucky the airport was near otherwise I might have been late to check in. The duty manager was nice enough to check in on my family when we were at the breakfast . Thank you but please work on the shower tap and transfer to be more punctual.

I stayed for two days at the Sanouva. It's a well kept property. The staff are very welcoming. My room had a big, comfy king bed. The pillows were a bit firm for my liking, but not enough to bother my sleep. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of both western and Vietnamese items. The pool is rooftop and VERY small, probably less than 30' by 30' in size. Keep this in mind if you are traveling with kids. The gym is more of a check box than functional. It has three pieces of aerobic equipment and a bench with a handful of dumbbells. It could be quite functional if they just put a fan in the room, and offered water and towels. As it is, it's too hot to work out in. I didn't book the hotel for the pool or the gym though, so neither issue was a concern for me. I did use the spa and enjoyed the experience. The massages were good and the ladies at the spa desk were very welcoming. I liked the location as it was about 5-6 short blocks to the river with lots of dining options around. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would return.

A family stay for one night - the hotel did the job but the service wasn't great, the room was boiling because they hadn't left the air con on and the breakfast was not particularly good if you're not Asian! Rooms look lovely but once youre in they could do with some upkeep, but clean enough!
