everything is fine, but need to maintain swimming pool for baby. There are many crack of the material on the floor of a slide area.

Great facility for family and kids they love.

The review is mainly for sevice and food. The facilities are new and clean. The view is amazing. A good place to stay when you have big trip with families. The buffet breakfast and lunch are not special. Food choices are limited, especially Western food. Services at Mundo restaurant is not five stars service. We had our first dinner there after a long drive. We needed a quick dinner. We waited 15 minutes to catch anyone's attention. We had kids but adult's food came out first while the kid's food came out 30 minutes later. No one came to check on us for the whole dinner. We need to look for them when we need something. Breakfast buffet is even worse. No cook stays ready at the eggs and noodle soup stations. I needed to ask the server for them. Typically, the server would clean our dirty plates as we go but they waited until we finished our meal to clean up everything. Glasses for juice are cloudy. I had to look for one that is clean. They need to run maintenance for the kid's Waterpark. The floor on the stairs and the bottom are broken. My kid picked up a broken piece of cement to bring back to the room thinking it was rock. The tube has green algea. Overall, it is a nice resort but management seems not up to 5 stars rating.

I had such a good time with my family.

This place is amazing. Thanks much for security team who helped to find my nephew who was lost. It made me and my family feel safe to stay here. Rooms are clean and breakfast was excellent. I can’t say how much I loved this place. I’ll see you again soon.

Good place for family vacation or group of friends. However it really need to improve on their service. Restaurant staffs don’t know how to serve properly, they only stand and look. The front desk dont really know how to introduce the place for the customer. And the golfcar driver seems unorganize helping guest to check in their room, However the room is brand new. Even though the pool water is very cold for my opinion. Good stay for short trip. But I only rate this as 4 stars because of their inexperience staffs.

Beautiful property. Very family friendly. Prices were surprisingly fair. Only 2 small details that i observed, can be easily fixed. The game-room, had several games that were out of order. Lastly, we stayed in a beautiful 2 bedroom villla. 1 out of the 3 toilets smelled horrible, and the microwave was dirty. My wife actually cleaned the bathroom because it was late in the night and didn't want to call the front desk. That said; obviously the cleaning staff missed a couple of important details. Not a really good look for a 5 star resort. Im willing to return with my family, ill need to do a closer inspection of the Villa myself upon arrival

It is kind of boring staying at this resort. The resort does have a private beach and the public beach is dirty . I have not gone to the beach for the 3 days staying and the resort pool so crowded and noisy with kids around .The breakfast buffet is ok and crowded also . Overall I am not coming back !
