The hotel is very simple, nothing fancy. It generally seems orderly and clean, although the door to our room and bathroom were grey (fat) around the handles. They did have a fairly big TV for a hotel room and a big fridge, that served as mini bar. There was an annoying oscillating deep frequency sound in our room, which was in the northern end of the hotel. We managed to sleep through it, but it was annoying. They didn't mention anything about a lacking reservation for our child at check-in, even though they got all three passports, but they were asking us if we made a reservation for him, upon request for the missing baby cot. Procedures could help them, if they had looked in the system, they would have seen a reservation for a child. The second day we were told that the restaurant would open at 20:00, but at 20:30 it was still closed and we were told that it wouldn't open. That was annoying as we were hungry and had been waiting for it to open. The breakfast was the standard poor Uruguayan breakfast, with lots of sweet stuff that isn't even delicious. It's unhealthy and not nutritious. Also notice that they don't speak any English and they don't have an elevator. I don't know if they offer sea view, but I don't think any room had anything but tree view.
