Our first night there was excellent, the continental breakfast was wonderful. Due to a water break in the hotel, we were startled by the fire alarm at around 10:15 at night and had to evacuate. Scared our 2 toddlers to death and we ended up packing up and driving 4 hours back to Cheyenne at 11 at night. what a nightmare and I know it was just an uncontrolled incident but traumatic either way. Other than that, our stay was good! We will stay again.

I appreciated the kindness and understanding of Maria and Julia as our stay was unexpected due to a family emergency. This is a beautiful facility particularly the lobby. Breakfast presentation over the top with multiple choices. Extremely clean throughout. Feeling fortunate we were able to stay :)

One night stay en route to family week-end/wedding. Price ($260) was exorbitant for a very, very average room. The one bright spot was the managers reception/supper and the free breakfast. The food was great! The room, however, could have been cleaner; a hair on bathroom floor, bathroom vanity not wiped completely clean, and liquid splatters stains on a wall, and some of the furniture.

The only people at this Hampton Inn that were the least bit friendly, were the housekeepers. The rest of the staff seemed annoyed that I had children with me.
