Clean, quiet, comfortable, easy check in, pet friendly, pool with towels, restaurants walkable and inside of hotel, newly updated rooms, comfortable beds and furnishings. No complaints. So far we are a very happy family of 2 adults, a 4 yr old, and a dog.

I loved that our patio was apart of the little courtyard. It made it very convenient for our kids to play safely and close by. The environment was very friendly. There are no vending machines and the coffee and soda are located up near the front desk, which was quite a way away from our room. The staff was all very friendly and accommodation but you can tell they are spread very thin! The breakfast bar only had one helper. She was as helpful as she could be but she should not be by herself! I appreciate everything about my stay. I just felt bad for the staff!

Room size/amenities were adequate, but it was very noisy. You could hear people walking in room(s) above us as well as kids running up/down hallways. You could not set thermostat below 67°. Room was cool enough, but halls were very warm. Bathroom door would not stay open. We had to use the hotel-provided hair dryer as a doorstop to keep the door open. First day breakfast had only plastic utensils, plus powdered eggs were served. 2nd day breakfast eggs were good, but no sausages/bacon, only biscuits/gravy. Guess they had run out of sausage/bacon. At checkout, there was a $12 additional charge that had been added by Gen. Mgr. Clerk wouldn't check me out because bill adjustment would be too difficult after checking out. She promised Gen. Mgr. would sort things out, check us out by noon (so we wouldn't get charged extra day) and call us to let us know issue was resolved. We did NOT get that phone call. I had to call hotel close to noon to be sure charge was taken care of. Apparently, we were charged for one breakfast when we shouldn't have been. Our room package included breakfast. Problem was ultimately resolved, with $12 being credited back to our card. All in all, this was not a pleasant experience. We have stayed at this hotel during various iterations (Red Lion, Hanford House, etc.) over the years; and this was the worst stay yet. We do not plan to stay here again.

I love the entrance to the hotel. Reminded me of going to a hotel when I was a kid.

There were some friendly, nice and helpful front desk staff. You can hear noises in adjacent rooms and upstairs. Our next door neighbor who has kids were just too loud, crying, slamming doors/walls. Never informed the front desk though.
