Quick overnight stay to visit family in the are on our way to the coast. The hotel was clean, convenient and friendly. We even got a call from the front desk telling us my husband left the headlights on! The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was amazing and we had all the amenities we needed. We called when arriving in town early and were able to get checked into our room early. The breakfast and coffee were very good. Didn't have time to visit the pool but it looked nice. Highly recommend this hotel.

The property felt almost secluded, like it was away from it all but right there at the same time. I would stay here again. The only bad thing, was no hot tub. Other than that my kids loved the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a good place for a quick night. It had nice basic amenities. It was sort of loud with a bunch of kids staying there for a tournament - it did not seem very soundproofed. The location was great.

When we checked in at the hotel, the girl at the front desk didn’t inform us that the password for the Wi-Fi was on the sleeve that held our room keys. When we got into our room we tried to call down to the front desk and our phone didn’t work. Then we tried the T.V. and it didn’t work. The front desk girl got us another room and I asked her to make sure that we were not going to be in a room next to a room full of kids. She assured me there were only business and working people staying at the hotel. From 7:00pm and until 9:00 pm there were kids above us running and hoping in the room above us. Once it was past 9:00 we pounded on the ceiling and the kids settled down. All in All a terrible night. Don’t plan on ever staying here again.

We stayed for 2 nights with our newborn (6 months old) because of a doctors appointment she had. The staff was amazing, possibly the nicest hotel staff I’ve experienced at a chain hotel. The rooms could use some updating but were clean, however, not large enough for a pack and play even a double queen room. We had to rearrange the furniture to get it to fit and ours is a small pack and play! Wish someone would have recommended a different room once we checked in and they saw we had a baby. That being said we got great sleep because of how quiet it was. Great if you have kids!

My family stayed here for an event at the Toyota Center, it is a super close and easy walk. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was great! Also the pool was warm! We have stayed other places and no matter what, the pool is ice cold LoL

The Hotel property is VERY nice. Lots of parking available. The dining area is set up very well and includes larger tables for groups and families. Breakfast was excellent.

This hotel is small. The free breakfast area is 3 tables. The pool was empty when we arrived, the thing my kids were looking forward to the most. The rooms are dark, dingy and the paint job was awful. It appears that best western took over another hotel and converted it because I’ve never seen one in this bad of shape.

Spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean room, very helpful staff, convenient location, a great (free) breakfast, plenty of parking, and tasty cookies at night! We loved our stay at this Kennewick Best Western. Since our experience here was so good, we're planning to use this as our Tri-City hotel whenever we are in town to see family.

Nicer than I expected. Only issue was that we were awoken after going to sleep by a crying baby in the next room for over an hour. The hotel was not full so it wouldve been nice to be spaced away from other occupied rooms.
