Comfort Inn & Suites Troutville - Roanoke North / Daleville

Friendly staff, quiet suite, perfect for our family trip.

I’ve been using this property as my halfway between to visit my children in North Carolina, have not been disappointed at all. Only one thing I wish is that the circulation from the fan would be on before you get in the room because it’s definitely stagnant when you get to your room, but once I turn the air conditioner/heat Fan on the air clears up a lot. I know they can’t help that, but that would be my only improvement.

Front staff, especially the woman with red hair, is the BEST. 10/10 FOR HER. Always friendly and obliging. Breakfast is yummy - love the biscuit & gravy option. Pool is fun and clean. ONLY ISSUE was people above us were probably feral hyenas, or toddlers - same same haha - and they made SO MUCH NOISE at 5am.

The is staff is extremely nice. It was very clean. It has become our preferred place to stay when visiting family in the area.

We were awakened several times at night to kids running up and down the hallways, screaming and pounding on doors. Will no be back to this hotel.

The staff were amazing. Truly helpful and kind. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was perfect for a family with kids. We will definitely be back!

I was charged twice for my room. The front desk did take care of it and gave me a refund. The room was neat and clean. The people next to us let their kids rum and play in the hallway until 1 am. Needless to say, my husband and I did not get a good night's sleep.

The building is new & clean. The AC wasn't working so we were moved to a new room, but the fridge in the new room didn't work for our baby bottles so they offered to move us again but after 2 hrs we just wanted to rest. The staff were very nice & tried to help, it wasn't their fault but I wouldn't stay there again.

My family of 5 stayed there after traveling for the 4th of July. Our room was at the end of the hall on the second floor and it was enormous. They had actually combined 2 rooms into one, which was plenty big for us! The beds/bedding were very comfortable for me and we all slept great. We put on the air conditioning fan for some extra noise. The hotel has been renovated in some places, but in others it’s still a little run down. There’s a bit of a sticky feel to the floors and my 13 year old daughter noticed they could use a mop. Breakfast was so-so, but the lady putting out the food was very nice 😀 All the people, whether staff or guests, were super nice. We ate at a local diner called Angelles, which was delicious. My youngest daughter enjoyed the indoor pool, which was small but heated. There’s only 1 elevator and it’s a slower one. I took the stairs a lot but I like the exercise. I would stay here again if I came to town.

Just passing through. But my family and I enjoyed a comfortable night at the Comfort Inn. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, the wifi was speedy, and the staff was helpful. We were very happy with our stay.
