All our previous stays at Palmer House were enjoyable. Rooms clean and quiet. This morning I woke up at 6:30 to a dog barking in the next room and a little girl running back and forth on the sidewalk. It appears the family lives there. Why not place them in a room away from visiting guests.

Wish we had a chance to use more of the amenities. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Definitely plan on coming back with the whole family.

Stayed for one night with family before a ski day at Stratton. Room was very clean and newly renovated. Great simple affordable motel style accomodations.

The staff here were wonderful and very accommodating and there were many fun outdoor things for kids to do with a lot of property to run around. That being said, the place is in SERIOUS need of an upgrade. I stayed above the office and it was very old and "tired-looking" with broken blinds and ripped cushions. I heard there were some new places they built in back that are new and very nice, but I never saw them. The location is very convenient and close to downtown Manchester.

Great place to stay for our family, we loved the facilities and location of this resort! Our room furnishings were updated, and the amenities were impressive. Outdoor pool was out of service, but we were still able to enjoy and keep ourselves busy with the indoor pool and other facilities - 9-hole golf course around the hotel, fire pit, tennis court, shuffleboard. All of the staff were friendly and room was clean.
