Bedding had bugs and hair Swimming pool was so cold my family didn’t want to swim. My granddaughter was so excited to swim so this was very disappointing

Our family got stuck in Evanston during a snowstorm that closed I-80. Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area and gym were great to have access to. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh hot food and very friendly cook.

The best last minute stay! All the employees were so great. Me and my family really appreciated their hospitality. They made sure the pool water was warm enough and for breakfast the employee made sure everything was good. Rooms were clean which is something everyone wants. No doubt that the employees this hotel has makes anyone want to stay here. I wish I could remember the employees names. We would definitely stay here again:)

Welcoming, friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were clean. The breakfast was delicious with good variety for the whole family.

The beds were very comfortable, clean room. Sadly the hot tub was broken but kids still enjoyed the pool.
