Best Western Duchesne Inn

Love my stay while visiting with family! Hot tub was warm. Pool was a little cold. Staff was amazing

Great place to stay with family here in Duchesne.

Very confusing with their policy. We were advised when we called to ask how much it is to bring a power and we’re told that it was $30 for our stay. When we got the it was 30 per night. It’s seems crooked to give the wrong pricing. After travelers arrive they get told something different, and as the traveler you are stuck already having made the decision to bring your pet based on what we were told over the phone. Also, they host birthday parties for locals. This is a great idea but as someone paying hotel pricing to share the pool and hot tub with a thousand other kids, not a fan.

We specifically booked this stay so we could swim and relax in the hot tub after some various family gatherings that weekend…. We could have stayed with family otherwise. Anyway , at check in we find out the pool and hot tub were closed ! That should have been info shared with the public before booking. Disappointed for sure and too late to cancel

There was no hot water upon arrival when my family tried to shower. When we called the front desk they told us to run the bathroom facet which we already tried. When they didn’t work they simple said they would make note of it. We went to bed without a shower and there was warm water in the morning. Breakfast was good. Check was smooth. Just don’t plan on having warm water at night.

It is a great place to stay when visiting family.

Visiting family in the area, so very limited time at the hotel.

The beds were comfortable but there was a weird smell in the room. The guy at the front desk was not very friendly, just kind of grunted when i asked him questions. Breakfast was horrible. The pool was so cold the kids could not swim even the hot tub was cold.

The hotel was very nice visually. Nice room and lobby. Our stay was fine. I only saw one staff member in the short time we were there. The same man was at the desk in the evening and following morning. No breakfast attendant and we saw no cleaning staff, so not sure what was going on. Since there was no breakfast attendant some things were empty and biscuits (for biscuits and gravy) were kept in a crock pot and got dried out and hard. The pool and hot tub facilities both looked nice but were both freezing cold, so my kids were disappointed. I think the hotel could be great if there was more staff.
