We stayed for one night while visiting family on our way through town. We were more than happy with the location and quality of the hotel. We will definitely be back!

I didn’t even check in and they charged me for the entire reservation. I tried calling for days and had no luck getting ahold of a manager to request my reservation be cancelled. When I realized I could try messaging them to explain I had a last minute family emergency and military orders preventing me from going; their response was they would only refund me a portion of the reservation. Still can’t get ahold of someone and I’m so frustrated. Even though the site says a “no show” would only be charged the first night. Technically, that’s what this would have been. Definitely will think twice before using Expedia for travel again!

We like this property, but even with a special request and a call to confirm, when we arrived the request was not noted. Thankfully, they were able to adjust our room request (to be near an elderly family member). Apparently, they don’t do housekeeping on Saturdays.

We stay here about every 6 months when we come visit family. The service and hotel is always fabulous. Always feel safe and in a nice area, with a lot of restaurants, stores within 5 minutes drive.

Stayed here for a graduation, called ahead of time since we were gonna show up late, Staff was nice and still had are room ready for us. Rooms were clean! Ac worked. We stayed for an extra night and kept our room, no problems. We ate the bfast there and it was good, no complaints at all!! Housekeeping cleaned w no issues , clean towels , bed made. Perfect! I will be staying here my next trip to Austin! Not to mention the area is nice and quiet, we parked in the back w no issues and swam in the pool, my kids enjoyed it!

My kids loved the indoor pool. This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this hotel in the last year and the last time we stayed there a few months ago the hot tub was not working. It still isn't working which was a disappointment. The hotel itself was very quiet but our room was facing the freeway and the freeway traffic is quite loud all night long.

The hotel was clean. Well maintained. The front desk staff was fabulous. However the housekeeping staff was very loud. There were at least three of them in the hallway shouting back and forth to each other all afternoon, making it impossible to take a nap before a wedding or get the baby to sleep. And it continued despite asking them to be quiet. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice. Breakfast was good.

our room was always clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Always willing to answer our questions and help us out with directions. We enjoyed the breakfast room overlooking the pool, that kept our children's interest long enough for the adults in our party to eat. The hotel also decorated for the holiday season which made our stay so much more enjoyable.
