Went here for the pool since I have 2 kids driving across country. The pool was closed, the front desk was unhelpful.

The hotel, staff, and room were amazing. However, on Christmas eve or early Christmas Day, the pipes burst. No water for showers or toilets was available. The staff did not let guests know. This was bad since everyone was needing to get ready for their Christmas day family events.

Great hotel! We stay here frequently to visit our family in Sulphur Springs. Close-by to everything in town without having to be on the interstate.

There only a few options in this part of Texas and my whole visiting family members always stay here, because it is the best choice.
