The hotel was very clean. The evening manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and very large. The negative - my #1 sorting criteria to find a hotel on this trip was to get one with a spa/hot tub. This hotel listed a spa and showed pictures on the website. However, the "spa" was not heated or maintained as a spa. It was described as a "kiddie pool" when I asked if it could be turned on. If you are not providing a spa, you should not list it as such.

Our experience was horrible and I would not recommend this property to anyone traveling and needing a place to stay the manager was rude not only was he rude he double charged my debit card and blew it off like it was nothing, didn’t allow an early check in nor would he allow me or my children to use the lobby restroom after traveling 10 hours to attend a state track meet. I do not recommend this hotel at all

I traveled with family and we had a very nice stay. The hotel had large rooms, a pool, a pool table, a small bar, and a sitting area. We met with family members and the staff was so great and friendly. I would definitely stay again. They seem to really think about the guests.

Amazing hotel. Really clean and also pretty modern. Room was huge and even had an extra medium size fridge. My family loved it wish we could of stayed longer but our trip was short
