The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection for all in my family. The room was clean, the hotel is being remodeled. It is in a business area which was quiet and there are a few food and coffee places nearby.

Trash around picnic tables on the grounds, paper, wrappers, cans, cigarette butts. Broken on tables that a child could get hurt from. Old molded smell in room. Rusty tub.

The location was near a family event venue. The rooms are very spacious. The downside, the hotel is dated. The tub had rust all around faucet and drain. The lamps were rusted around the on/off button. The sofa bed is a spring covered with fabric, not comfortable at all.

The hotel was great in all respects and was only a couple of miles from the family we went to see. In the immediate neighborhood were many big box stores and a lot of smaller ones. The breakfast was very good, especially the biscuits and gravy.

The room was very roomy with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay with the kids. The breakfast was very good as well. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to pearland.
