The most standout feature for me was the wood work around the elevator. It was a beautiful place with wonderful people! I was a very last minute stay and they were very accommodating and just amazing! They made my stay with 2 kids great and easy!

This was my first time visitng Longview, I came to see family. Booking the hotel stay was last minute and the stay was awesome. My kids enjoyed a swim in the indoor pool. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk was helpful, I'm happy with my stay.

2nd time I have stayed here!- Visiting from California to see family and friends- very quiet, clean and very nice staff. Convenient for all restaurants/shopping & Orthopedic CHRISTUS Institute, where I swim across the street is helpful (and the hotel has an indoor pool as well!) Very quiet and I felt safe!

Best hotel stay ever. This was a get away for my granddaughter and myself to have some quality time together. The rest of the family came to swim and have a pizza party then they left. The pool room was not humid the water was a very comfortable temperature and we pretty much had the pool to ourselves. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was good.

There were kids running up and down the hallway and standing outside my door making noise at midnight. The staff didn't seem to care. Almost everyone staying there had a dog and all they did was bark. Stuff seem to be falling apart in the bathroom. I will stay there again.

Super fast check in. I grabbed a few things from the little shop such as chips and drinks. Room was Clean! Had to stay here due to bad weather and lost power. The only thing was the huge gap between the floor and door. I could see where they could be some issue for someone else, but I was by myself, so no issues I will definitely be staying here again! I will definitely recommend this for friends and family to come to visit.

Jasmin went above and beyond for our family. We had 25 family members come from out of town to visit my husband’s uncle. She was kind and really helped us out since our host was sick.

I have stayed at this property twice…once on 2nd floor, then on 1st floor. If I stay here again, I will insist on 2nd floor. 1st floor is too bright, with sheer curtains right next to parking lot. Also the family of hippos above us stomped around all night.

I booked this place because it has indoor pool. I called a day before to check if the pool is open and I was assured it was. But on the day of checkin, I was told it's closed for maintenance. That just ruined the vacation for my grandkids. That was deceitful. The only consolation was Leslie, the front desk clerk. She was very helpful and accomodating. The buffet was very good with plenty of selection. Overall, very disappointing because the pool is closed.

The room and service was wonderful. But I would advise to stay on the top floor otherwise you will hear every foot step taken from the floor above you. I wanted to sleep in till 10 and I was awakened over and over from the fool above stomping back and forth, and the running and yelling of children in the hall outside my room.
