terrible…noisy children slamming doors at 7am when i had zoom calls for work worst i asked 4 times to get the phone fixed which did not work in room and always tol me it was going to be fixed and never got fixed

Everything about my stay here was awesome. I slept like a baby and the staff were super friendly. It was my first time in Houston Texas and I’m pretty sure I’ll come back especially to this hotel. Thank you for making my stay wonderful
