Franklin Inn and Suites

The hotel was very nice for the price. The people were very friendly and helpful. It was at a great location for what we needed to do. We were in town for a family wedding, which ended up being about 8 miles away from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to others.

This was a very clean and well-kept hotel and we were happy with our stay. Nice for the price. We were in Texas to go to Santa's Wonderland in College Station, but with Texas A&M having a football game the same weekend, most of the reasonably-priced hotels in College Station were booked. Franklin Inn staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had. Breakfast was in a large area and was well-supplied with a typical variety to satisfy everyone in our family (cereal, waffles, fruit, yogurt, muffins, eggs, bacon, etc.). I'm deducting one star only because housekeeping did not service our room even though we put the sign on the door requesting same. We were only there for the weekend, so it wasn't a huge deal.

The family enjoyed the outside pool & hot tub! The place was very clean very friendly staff.

Stay was great, good selection for breakfast. Only thing that happened was I got charged twice upon arrival. My husband handed his card over and they charged the one through the reservation too, front desk said we should get a refund in about two days. Overall great stay for a fast family trip.

Night desk clerk was rude. Key cards wouldn’t work and desk clerk told my husband not to bother him if people were in the room and he could knock to get in when we had sleeping children in the room. Shower wouldn’t work. Room was overall clean. The pull out couch my oldest slept in was broken, springs were missing so my child fell through. We will never stay here again.
